As an experienced Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor, Anthony has a real passion for business success. With his experience across a number of industries he is often sought after for is commercially savvy advice in helping businesses with their growth and challenges.
Anthony is involved in a number of advisory boards assisting them with understanding the financial information, and setting strategic direction. When Anthony isn't advising businesses he is assisting the evolve team as a matter expert on tax matters.

As a Business Advisor and Chartered Accountant, Sarah brings over 15 years of experience to the table. Wellington born and bred, Sarah made the move to study a Bachelor of Commerce in Canterbury followed by a Financial Accounting role in a large construction company. This commercial experience was invaluable, giving Sarah specialist construction accounting knowledge and skills. These skills were further complemented by a move into private practice, from where she was admitted into the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Helen brings over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant to Evolve, having held roles as a director, general manager, and financial controller across both chartered accountancy and commercial settings. She’s known for her depth of knowledge and her passion for helping clients and teams succeed. Outside of work, Helen enjoys time with her husband, adult children, and friends, and can often be found out sailing or on the golf course.

From a background working in Chartered Accounting practices and helping clients from various industries, to roles working in business in various Management positions (including real estate), this has given Teresa the edge understanding our clients’ needs. Teresa believes these roles have provided her with the expertise to really listen and work with clients. Based in Tauranga, Teresa is an integral part of the Evolve Accounting team and is a key driving force in ensuring as a team we are meeting our clients’ needs and expectations.

Originally from Pukekohe, Debra made the move out West when she met her husband Mark, and they now have a son, Carter. Debra's hobbies include running, touch rugby, keeping active and being outdoors. She enjoys spending time with family, mainly watching her son play sports such as rugby, touch & hockey.
