Business Continuity Support

Small and medium-sized businesses may qualify for funding covering 100% of fees of up to $5,000 in total to help pay for advisory services to support them through the Covid-19 outbreak.

The Covid-19 Business Advisory Funding can provide support in areas such as HR, health and wellbeing, business continuity, cashflow, and finance management, marketing and digital
enablement strategy.

Evolve Accounting offers services that are registered with the COVID-19 Business Advisory Fund.

Funding is only available through the Regional Business Partner Network (RBP) Growth Advisors.
As a business, you will need to meet eligibility criteria and have a brief consultation with their Advisors to determine your business’ needs, after which you can access the specific services we are offering below.

Cashflow & Budget Forecast

  • One-on-One (Zoom or in-person depending on COVID-19 Level):
  • Learn the differences between profit & cashflow and the key drivers to immediately improve cash flow.
  • We will work with you to develop a 12-month cashflow forecast giving you confidence on where you are heading, or whether modification of your cost structure is needed.
  • $250+GST per hour (5-8 Hours)

Weekly Cashflow Forecasting

  • One-to-one Training (Online meeting)
  • Learn to use a model we will provide that allows you to project business cash flow 6 – 13 weeks into the future.
  • Learn how to use information from Xero to aid in the speed of preparing and updating your model on a weekly basis.
  • Cost: $250+GST per hour (allow 2-3 hours)
